What's Network Media Tank (NMT)?

NMT (PopcornHour) is an all-in-one network device that uses the most powerful Sigma’s decoding chipset, the SMP8635. It is a combination of a Digital Media Player (DMP), a Network Attached Storage (NAS) and a Server. All these features turn the NMT in a device that makes it posible to view, listen, store, share etc. your files easily. The NMT gives you in a single device everything digital entertainment needs. Once connected to your network, the NMT K100 will automatically detect any PnP AV Servers in your local network and it will add all the available contents. That allows the NMT to display all the found multimedia contents on your TV. As a Network Attached Storage, the NMT allows users to store, access or copy their multimedia contents to the NMT device via FTP or Samba. This allows any UPnP or DLNA devices to access the NMT to transfer files.
